FRIDE VEDDE is an educator, writer, mother, facilitator and spiritual explorer. She loves to uplift and inspire people and fiercely believes in the power of following our hearts.
Fride was born by the Norwegian fjords and has always felt a deep connection to the whales and the sea. Her family and ancestors were fishermen and whalers, and her favorite childhood moments were spent at sea and listening to the stories of the past.
A few years ago the whales started revisiting in her dreams and meditations, and when she started with automatic writing, the Whale and Dolphin Collective were the first to come through with their infinite love and wisdom.
Swimming with humpback whales in Moorea Tahiti resulted in quantum leaps in her own spiritual journey and amplified her intuitive abilities. Now Fride is excited to pay it forward by facilitating other lightworkers connecting with the whales and the ocean, Mother Earth, each other and this magical island.
